For ground shipping, orders placed by 12:00 pm CST Monday-Friday are processed and shipped the same day. For same day express shipping, orders must be placed by 12:00 pm CST. There will be an extra freight charge for expedited orders.
Our standard shipping method for all orders (except those addressed to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States) will be FedEx Ground Service with detailed tracking from shipment to delivery.Expedited shipping is available at an extra charge.

Disposable Products
Disposable products may be returned within 5 days of receipt . A restocking fee of 25%will apply.

Any request for returns or refunds on equipment are subject to approval.
Equipment that is used, open or placed in a procedural setting cannot be returned.
All sales on refurbished equipment are final.
All equipment or shipping issues must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receiving the package to be eligible for a return or refund.
Equipment returns that are approved will have a 30% restocking fee
